It's an in-between length, so probably not short enough if you have something like a true fit &amp; flare with belted waist, but works with sheath styles and some others.&nbsp; I wanted something a little softer than a typical blazer, both in fabrication and style. I am trying to find one and am having absolutely no luck. I am not even sure what to look up - shrugs? Jackets? Neither seems to get me exactly what I am looking for. Additionally, I know that some department stores carry them, but most of them are at least an hour away from me. I'd like to browse online before making the trip so I can get an idea of what they carry, but I cannot seem to find them.</p> <p>So I have two questions. Where and HOW would I look for them online? What do people call them? Second, where have you seen them carried? I am looking for either a black lace short jacket or a sheer topper of some sort, or even a winter white lace topper. Or heck, to be honest anything at all would be great to find because I cannot seem to locate anything!</p>
