I was limiting myself to petite sizing, and that's when I selected #3 and 4. But then I decided I should probably try regular sizes, as well, to increase my options, and found #1 and 2. #1 is my favorite, and is fairly low contrast. However, it might be too big in the shoulders in regular sizing. I'll just have to see. I hadn't put it together about the "above" or "below" the knee influencing whether or not a bootie or higher vamp loafer vs a pump would work. But now I see what you mean. Thanks.</p> <p>Suz, I actually have worn MJ's in the past, and do like them, so that's a good suggestion. I don't think I will be filmed, thank goodness. And I do have neutral Okalas as a fall-back option. I've included some that I'm considering in the finds below. However, I'm wondering whether this style of dress would commit me to wearing pumps. I don't own many pumps, I hate wearing them, and they're rather outside of my workplace norm, so they make me feel uncomfortable.</p> <p>Thoughts on whether these dresses require pumps, and if not, what alternative footwear might be acceptable?
