After so many years where I struggled to find anything long enough to even graze the tops of my knees (thank heavens for leggings!), I am delighted by midi dresses. It's hard to tell from the pictures (maybe brighten them up and crop in close). My Only style resolution for 2018 was to post more personal photos here to get feedback from you lovely Ylf mavens. And... guess how many photos I’ve posted of myself since January 1st? None!!! I’m a stay at home single mama of a small child so usually no one to snap photos of me... but today, I have enlisted help of babysitter to take a few pictures of boden haul. Are any of these dresses nice-on-me enough to keep, please?</p> <p>#1. This is a Lot of pattern for me, and Im not sure if it’s a terribly flattering cut for my busty pear shape. Too high-waisted? Too mutton dressed as frolicking lamb for a 48 year old? I’d plan to wear it with a plain topper (denim jacket or navy Cardi) to help me make peace with the pattern. </p> <p>Thank you for your help.
