It is an equestrian event which calls for ladies to dress in "Garden Glamour". Men is jacket required and tie optional. That means tie manadatory for my husband. What should I wear? I have been told a hat is a must but that is a bold statement at an event where I know few of the people attending. Thanks for your input! </p>
