I like the dress on you, I think it's a keeper. I understand the fit issues with dresses and have found that true wrap dresses that come with a separate belt and no defined waist point are flattering and give a lot of fit flexibility.&nbsp;<br />I personally don't think there's anything "wrong" with a shorter waist. You can play with tweaking proportions etc and may find certain things are very difficult (paper bag waists come to mind!). However, I'm not sure if it isn't doing bad to my figure. I'm probably Kibbe soft classic, so this dress doesn't correspond to the style recommendation. I myself can't judge objectively (as I mentioned, I like the dress, mainly because of the pattern that captivated me). <br />I remember that some time ago I posted on the YLF forum a few dresses for evaluation and it turned out that most of them shorten my torso, isn't that the case here too? I have a problem with dresses because most of them don't fit (I have a short torso and top torso smaller than the waist and hips). This dress also wrinkles above the elastic at the back, but I can accept that, question about the rest If the dress stayed with me, it would definitely need to be shortened.&nbsp;<br />PS The colours are not well reflected in the photo.<br />PPS What do you think about skirt? </p>
