I just picked up one in white at Club Monaco. Brand new stock, same silhouette you are looking for, gorgeous soft drapey blend ( I think, but not sure, I'm at my desk and not in my closet ) . $49.

Thanks, Kristin!
@DonnaF, sadly, no! I mean yes, I do wear them in the kitchen and I have (very smoooooth) soapstone counters, but I too wear an apron, so it can't be that...especially with the second one, which I didn't wear other than passing through the kitchen. AND I was very careful with the second one and didn't wear it with a belt or tuck it or anything!

Actually, Everlane is an interesting idea.

The Ryan tees are way too big, but their tanks are pretty nice and drape really nicely. They're rayon, though. Also, they don't seem to hold their shape that well over many washings. Mine (admittedly from their first season and some I forgot to hang dry) are now demoted to loungewear.
https://www.everlane.com/colle.....tank-white

But, you might try the Langley muscle tank - I haven't tried it so can't vouch for it, but it's all cotton.
https://www.everlane.com/colle.....tank-white

And maybe silk will give you the drape and durability you're looking for, if not the easy care:
https://www.everlane.com/colle.....tank-black

Did you wear the Ts in the kitchen where you bumped up against a stone counter? That's where DH and DD get holes in their Ts; I don't get holes because I ALWAYS wear an apron for protection.

I bought in every color, but have just worn only the black and blush ones so far. And I've washed those a few times (3x?)/hung dry, with no holes yet.

I re-bought the black and navy at the last 25% off sale, but I'm setting those aside for when these tanks die on me.

Sadly, they will probably die in a year, given how delicate they are. But just wearing alone shouldn't give you holes!! Maybe you really did get a bad batch?!? Boo! Thankfully, J.Crew is happy to take them back for you.

Everlane's U-neck tees are very nice. <https://www.everlane.com/colle.....neck-slate> They are all cotton so they don't drape as much as modal. Athleta also has some more athletic oriented tees in this shape. I use for gym wear but they look nice. <http://athleta.gap.com/browse/.....=138368032>

Thanks, ladies.
@KristinSF, I didn't even have the chance to wash either of them! When I say three wearings, I mean that I've had them on for a few hours in the evening or afternoon. Not enough for them to get sweaty or dirty. Sigh. Maybe this was just a bad batch. What colors do you have, and did you buy any recently?

I'm no help, sorry. It's interesting that the 100% cotton that would make these more sturdy would not have nearly the drape of these delicate blends. Good luck, K.!

These tanks are, indeed, the bomb. They are my absolute favorite and I've
duplicated and triplicated when they've gone on sale!

You're right - they're pretty delicate.
Thankfully, I haven't noticed any holes yet....are you hanging dry? My other thought would be to wash in a laundry bag, and then hang dry?

Here are some options, but it's hard to find the right drape with just cotton. Some items below have some polyester, which might help with durability???

I'm calling on the powers of the forum! HELP! Help me locate a replacement.

I bought two of these Prima Tanks from JCrew. https://www.jcrew.com/womens_c...../B3563.jsp
I love them. They are soft and drapey. The shirttail hem is perfect and looks great. The soft v neck, fabulous. They are perfect.

My problem? The grey one developed a cluster of pinpoint holes on the third wear. I exchanged it. The one I exchanged it for? It developed pinpoint holes on the third wear. I'm so disappointed. JCrew will take them back, but I need a replacement!

I would love a replacement that was cotton. I am looking for something that will last me at least a year of once or twice weekly wear. Shirtail hem would be ideal. Lower, softly rounded v or u neck would be great. Gray...light, medium or dark, all okay, and white.

Any suggestions?
