The gray top has too much fabric hanging in the front, that gives more visual weight than maybe you'd like. I think the blue colorblocked top may make you appear more top heavy than you'd like; if the top was all the same color it would work better for your figure. But the jacket is very flattering to your shape, and you can dress it up or down. It hits at just the right spot at your hip, from what I can tell in your photo.
