I can only wear it as a tucked layer or else it slowly shimmies it's way on up to my high waist right under my boobs. Annoying for sure. But I would try and use it as an underlayer with snug sweaters maybe or low v necks where you can tuck it in and let the other layer lay smooth atop it.
