Would look great at a summer wedding, graduation, etc.&nbsp;Could be work-ready with a nice blazer or jacket.</p> <p>On me (5'3" or 4"), it's just above the knee. Fits perfectly in the chest and hips but has too much room in the waist, and I don't like where the top stripe hits me (quite frankly, we're talking&nbsp;mid-boob).</p> <p>It would look truly spectacular on someone a bit more rectangular, though, or an hourglass who's slightly less ... overly&nbsp;gifted ... in the boob department. </p>
