Tanya offers good advice. Donate the bra...do you know anyone personally who might fit in it? My mother's favorite bras are ones that I've bought, worn and decided they didn't fit quite right.

Please don't wear the uncomfortable bra Christie. I've done that and it's a torture.
If there's no obvious way you can save it ( such as bra extender if the band is too tight) that I'd just wash it and give it to charitable organization such as Dress for Success that needs these items ( not sure if they take bras tough).

That is a wonderful idea, Ana. And it would work beautifully with someone a little more intelligent than myself. See, I sent out the box with the return information out with the recycling last night. (double doh!)

I'm just going to wear the uncomfortable bra out of punishment.

Hmm....since you didn't actually wear the item, just tried it on, is there any way you can get access to one of those little tag guns they use at stores to reattach clothing labels? I used to work at Express and we had one behind the counter. If you still have the tags, you can reattach them with one of those guns. Have any friends in retail?

So, I took chance, and I wasted $40 bucks.

For years now, I have worn a 32C. And I have bought only Chantelle bras (except for one wacoal). Bluefly was having a sweet sale on bras not Chantelle, and I thought I would take a chance. I bought one Natori and one OnGossamer in styles that looked like my favorite Chantelle t-shirt bra. They came last night.

I tried them on, and they fit ok. The cups seemed a little small (did I gain weight???), but I figured I would manage. Today, I went to wear the Natori. I cut off the tags. It is so freaking uncomfortable, I want to scream. And, when I bend over, my boobs fall out. And then I have that dreaded "double boob" look. That's fine when I'm home; I can just reach back in and replace them, but not when I'm out.

God, I am kicking myself. We aren't made of money (given my proclivity to public-interest law). I don't have enough to waste on stupid stuff like this.

But! I have a solution. Only salads for a month.

(just kidding).
