I wash my clothes in cold water and don’t use a dryer, so shrinkage is not a concern. Unless I shrink something intentionally I used to do it to too long sweaters.<br />I don’t tuck in my tops and unless a garment comes in petite size, I definitely would shorten it. But the style I had in mind was a stretchy cotton jersey or rayon style. They offer the same comfort as a t shirt but are a little more elegant. Like the ones in my Finds (which are older). The folds of the wrap might sit nicely in the scoop of the jacket neckline. But it would be trial and error.</p> <p>You can also get woven style wrap blouses but they usually have a tie that can kind of clutter things up if you want to wear a jacket.</p> <p>The other type of top that might look good (dare I say it, is Cee around?) is a cowl neck top. Again, I could see the drape of the cowl neck nestling into the scoop of the neckline of the jacket. Photos for inspiration.
