The last merino items I purchased were from Gap, and they have been great from an itch factor as well as shrinkage (mind you, I always wash in cold and hang to dry; I wouldn't risk it). So many of their sweaters, in a nice variety of colours, are merino. I got a cotton/silk blend this fall but I am not impressed with the quality.
