If so, you may not be able to wear the skirt for much longer because it looks lightweight. I like the idea of the turtleneck and tights. I'm really liking the idea of either black oxfords or booties along with the tights (keep the boots sleek). To be more casual, you could throw a blue denim jacket on top, if it's not too cold yet.
