When it's 15-20 degrees (Celsius) it's too hot for thick tights and too cold for bare legs. Personally I don't adore the look of fishnets, no offense. I wore them a couple of times some years ago and felt kind of tacky (and I was wearing a knee-lenght skirt and a regular top) and just not comfortable, maybe I was too young and didn't feel right being 'sexy', which is what I usually associate fishnets with, and probably I could do the look for a night out, or if I feel a bit on the 'sexy' side, but not as a substitute for sheer hose. Maybe it's a European thing, but I don't see many women in fishnets here in Barcelona.
