A moving meditation as someone described.</p> <p>The 5 rhythms are flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical &amp; stillness and they are experienced in different ways. I've never gone to an official 5 rhythms event, although I do think it's more primal and unstructured than something like Nia or the new trendy dance-exercise thing whose name is escaping me right now.
