You can't do fancy schmancy stuff like remove the backgrounds to make them white on your clothes pics, which I think you can do on Stylebook. Talking of mood boards though, I do love to browse Polyvore as I just love to see how artistic some of the sets look. I've always been artistic myself though it's been years since I actually drew or painted&nbsp;a proper picture. I'll have to look into it.&nbsp;I was using Stylitics for a awhile to catalogue my closet. I loved that it actually used data analysis to tell you what you wore most -- but it was a rather large investment in time to photo and catalogue things appropriately. So my usage ended up tapering off. Truth be told though, I got busy with work and other annoying stuff and I haven't used it for a while. Which reminds me. I have been buying more clothes and shoes lately, so I need to photograph it all and catalogue it. Sometimes though I have an idea of an outfit, create it on my computer and then it doesn't always work so well IRL. Fun trying though. Sometimes it's based on the item I don't wear often enough, other times that "not often worn" item is just one small element.</p> <p>&nbsp;As I started doing it more, it became less about the not-often-worn item and even more useful in helping&nbsp;me think about combining different items from my closet in ways that might not occur to me&nbsp;while standing there in the morning.</p> <p>To hold myself accountable, I actually started a Pinterest board and began pinning both the inspiration set from Polyvore as well as a photo of me wearing the final similar outfit (I didn't do that with everything, just some, because I just didn't have the time.&nbsp;I have made sure I catalogued what I wore each day in a few photos --&nbsp;and refering back to those photos has helped with seeing what I wear often vs. things I just don't wear at all. So it's&nbsp;helped me pare down my closet a fair amount.&nbsp;</p> <p>Has anyone else done something like this to help you either cull your closet or be better organized about it?</p> <p>Here's example&nbsp;photos of both an inspiration set and final outfit. Sometimes I end up switching things up a bit when I put the outfit together and try it on but this one actually stayed spot on.</p> <p>The outfit consists of: <ul> <li>Dolce &amp; Gabbana Leopard Blazer (via designer consignment shop)</li> <li>Valentino Rockstud Pumps (via thrift store --long story but these were actually free when I got them because the leather on one heel was badly damaged. My shoe guy replaced the leather heel for $65&nbsp;and now they literally look brand new. Squeeeeee!!!
