It must have eventually gone away because I don't recall thinking of them as squeaking in general, but it's been a long time. I seem to recall that I thought it had something to do with the 'air cushioned' soles. </p> <p>I'm sure this was completely unhelpful! Except for a the tiniest rubbing on the back of my foot, there has been no damage to the feet while breaking them in. The leather is a little stiff but that is slowly changing too. My only worry right now is that the heels make a very audible (not obnoxious but definitely audible to everyone) squeaking/swishing noise. Almost like I'm wearing rubber and not leather shoes. Is this normal for the break in period? I've worn them several times around the house and twice for a full 8-9 hrs each time.</p> <p>And just because I want to say it, I feel FAB-TASTIC in my docs!!!</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
