The best I have come across is Urban Decay Primer Potion. I use this in the summer and for going out. My eyelids are pretty oily that time of year and that stuff performs miracles as far as I'm concerned. No creasing for hours and hours and hours.</p> <p>In the winter I switch to Too Faced Shadow Insurance. If you dont have that oily of eyelids I recommend that. It really does keep your foundation from fading. To save money now, I use Neutrogena 70 SPF sunblock with Helioplex. It's a bit heavy but it keeps my makeup on all day. I put it on a clean face and let it soak in while I do my hair to prevent any cakiness.</p> <p>I don't have sensitive skin and I require full coverage from my makeup.
