happylife, could you measure again? I'm 6' and I need a 27-29" (in my dreams!) sleeve. Maybe measure the sleeve of a garment that has your desired length, starting at the shoulder seam? Gap, BR, and J.Crew all have talls that may work for you depending on the body length. You might be able to get away with it. (I think you were around 5'6"?) If not you could try coats with cuffed sleeves and undo them. That's what I used to do with pants when retailers thought 33" inseams were "tall". Otherwise, Bluefly, revolveclothing, and smartbargains all list sleeve measurements on their jackets descriptions.

Good luck!

Hmm happylife, are you sure about the sleeve length?

In my experience, BR is usually good and they have tall sizes. Also you might want to check out Boden, they have garment measurements for each item posted on the web site.
