The Nicoles were true to size, I thought -- and I actually added an insert at the ball of my foot because there was a little extra room in the toe box and my feet were sliding down a bit. They are as beautiful and soft as expected. The little problem is that I ordered them half a size too big indeed. </p> <p>As a first attempt, I stuffed some of the paper stuffing back in it and it works for now. Hubby thinks it looks fine with the paper in it and I don't have a comfort problem because of the paper. I know anyway that the paper will wear out and get annoying soon.</p> <p>I'll probably go to a shoe repair shop and ask how I can make them one size smaller. Maybe something like an insert?
