They are one size smaller than I would prefer, and I was able to purchase them on Farfetch for three hundred dollars less than what I'd have to pay at any of the US stores [Nordstrom's, Saks, NM,&nbsp;etc.]. I have the 4" version in the right size (also from Farfetch and a similar price)&nbsp;and there's no issue. But 4"! <br />In the past day, my ankles have got used to the height ie no wobbling,&nbsp;but I don't know how I'd fare in an evening. I don't own heels that high, and I rarely wear them.
