Honestly, Elle, with your great figure and long pretty legs, you do not need to be overly concerned with figure flattery in this style. Per Angie's article, most women would, but you are one of the fortunate ones.

I like them fine for a slouchy summer look. It is true that they look better just under the knee, although your legs are slender, so the widening effect of the lower hemline is not very dramatic.

They look a bit long in #2, and baggy. I like them in #3 the best. How are you thinking of styling them? Are they still comfortable rolled?

I have some black ones like these from prAna. I use the cord to cinch them up higher, but they slip throughout the day anyway. I consider mine gear, honestly, and don't wear them in casual settings anymore unless it's a hike with friends, or mountain bike ride followed by lunch, etc.

Angie says the most flattering length for these is above or on the widest part of the calf, not below. The ones she shows are more fitted than mine. Mine slip without a belt too so they end up lower on calf. I will just have to wear a belt, which I don't enjoy when it's hot, which is when I will wear these, but it's not the end of the world. I think it's worse wearing a scarf when it is hot.

http://youlookfab.com/2009/06/.....amdiggers/

These are short enough when I pull drawstring tight so I can have the hem higher but does that make them too blousy? I have them in pic 1 with the natural length tied & the higher length I pulled them up to. Other pics show rolled hem to get the right length & then unrolled or tied, which I think might be too long.

Do these look good in any variation? I think they are too baggy perhaps?
