I'm wondering if I should stay with my normal size (6) and order the small. Do the shoulders run big. I'm basically 34B, with a 28.25 waist. I have very narrow shoulders (15") for my 5 ft. 6 frame. Do they run almost the same as New York and Company blazers where I wear a 4 at.
