Lots of love for the diagonal lines and plaid looks. I like those best too. I like the horizontal lines but they are a little harder to get right. There is more margin for error in the diagonal patterns. I was thrilled with 16 when it came out, and couldn’t wait to do another.</p> <p>My other favourites are 8 and 20.</p> <p>No 20 is a combination of dark green and pink. I watched a Trinny video on wearing pink and she demonstrated that light pink/blush goes very well with dark green. Since dark green is a colour I wear a lot, I decided to try it out. Bold for me! It’s my husband’s favourite so I might try that colour combination again.</p> <p>JAileen, a tie dye party would be fun! We could jointly decide on a colour, sit around chatting while we tied up designs, then chuck it in the washing machine to see how it goes (while we relaxed and had lunch or coffee). I’ve got it all planned now. I just need participants :)</p> <p>I may have a go at overdyeing no 3 in another pattern. That’s exactly what I liked with the circular design tops: that they looked like agate or marble. With no 3, which was a fail, I liked that it resembled a cross section of a tree trunk. I’d like to try that again, but I’d do it differently. And I see what you mean about the plaid like style of no 16, which explains why it’s my favourite too :)</p> <p>Thanks ChrisM. I use either pure cotton or at least 95% cotton (some elastane). I have the best results with ribbed styles. The jersey styles are sometimes a little thin. Most of the tees shown here are either Monki “Magdalena” or Cotton On “The One”. Both are a semi fitted, fairly short (for wearing with high waisted skirts), ribbed style tee in a medium weight. </p>
