So then DH tried to make a mould himself (using one of my existing cuffs) but that all went wrong. In the end he made the cuff from a flat piece of resin that he poured, cut, heated, and bent into shape and then polished. Including a failed attempt at building a silicone mould from one of my existing cuffs. And lots of heating, bending, grinding and polishing. Even attaching the brooch was tricky. And lots of fittings to get the shape right. Lots of time! So I don’t think a business beckons.
