It's holding up remarkably well.&nbsp;</p> <p>Glad the hair doesn't look glaringly terrible yet! I don't actually shampoo it every day -- I shampoo hardly ever -- but my hair is super, super fine, and in the dry winter air it turns into a rats-nest overnight. So my options are wet it down and brush it out, conditioner-wash, or borrow DS's spray conditioner and do a lot of brushing. Like others, I'm going to build my 30 organically, day-by-day. Here's what I have so far:</p> <p>#1 is a handknit sweater (by my mom) and trusty olive chinos. Heattech layers underneath. This sweater is usually fall/spring outerwear, because under a coat it can get too hot. But it was below zero much of the day, so it was perfect! I'm including it in the challenge since it's turning out to be such a cold winter.</p> <p>#2 is an Icebreaker dress, Ibex leggings, and graphic sweatshirt. Lots of merino! Y'all are going to get bored with my WIWs because my cold-weather wardrobe has very few new additions. </p> <p>Sorry I'm not showing outerwear and footwear -- muddy/dusty winter clothes are not allowed upstairs! I've had to rearrange the bathroom a bit to make photos possible, so I can't quite achieve a full length shot. Oh well.</p> <p>I'm hemming and hawing over my hair. As usual. I'm too much of a wuss to take much off when it's this cold, but it's so long now I have to wash it and brush it every day, what a pain! But I secretly kind of like the moppy look. </p>
