I ordered the Love Story in the "cosmic" ultra-faded wash, and have my fingers crossed that they'll work. I'm with Angie on these being too high rise for a semi-tuck (but if you want a really 70s look a full tuck will work, as long as the top isn't too puffy). Regarding the actual flare, without side views it's hard to tell how much length needs to go and by result how much the opening will shrink. What footwear are you planning for these? Shorter&nbsp;heeled boots? Something else? The sweater in #2 looks fab with these jeans by the way. The Mother skinnies look good, the photos are making them look on the tight (but not too tight) end. I like the higher waist for the girdling effect though. These are not a heavy denim but they are not flimsy either.
