				<description>&#060;p&#062;I haven't had any issue with smells, but I ordered a pair of pants and to my surprise&#038;nbsp;received a t-shirt instead!&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;But J Crew's wonderful customer service came to the rescue offered to send me the correct item right away. Since I had since discovered that the pants weren't going to fit they refunded my money right away, and just asked that I either drop the t-shirt in the mail at their expense or drop it at my local store.&#060;br /&#062;Excellent customer service definitely makes me much more likely to order from them the next time!&#060;/p&#062;
