When Sandy, Debbie and I were at the Nordies flagship in the morning, dressing Debbie to the T, I saw a hip, fit, grey-haired man with amazing faded jeans, a killer striped shirt and snake skin shoes parading around the ladies denim area. I passed by him in the changing room (not knowing who he was) on my way to get another size for Debbie and I said to him: “Fab shirt and shoes! You look great”. He said back to me: “Why thank you. You’re wearing great jeans too” (I was wearing my jodhpur jeans). I replied back to him: “Thank YOU”. And that was that for a while. </p> <p>Hours later, the three of us were back in the Nordies changing rooms and this mysteriously well put together man was still there. Only this time he was assisting a lady with jeans in the changing room opposite ours. Then the sales assistant passing by both our rooms mentioned to me that he was David Kahn! Well, Sandy, Debbie and myself promptly introduced ourselves, shook his hand and told him that he makes KILLER jeans, and that we each had a pair. He got quite shy actually, but seem chuffed.
