It's just a question of whether a neutral coat is best for someone who doesn't own a lot of coats. Living in LA I don't have the need to buy too many but need to be warm sometimes here too &amp; when I go to NY or somewhere really cold when I feel too casual in a puffer coat. I don't like puffer coats but am wondering/hoping if there's a time in a cold climate I can get away with just a wool one. </p>
