I also have found some great Halogen tops at Nordstrom's. They're a good price point - even better when they go on sale. Most of them are sleeveless, so they're great for layering under jackets, cardi's, etc. If you have a Rack near you, I would also suggest looking there. They have a lot of blouses, tanks and t-shirt style tops with interesting details - bows, ruffle, trim, etc. They also have some with prints. Most are machine washable.
