I have problems with the rise being a bit too long (I am 5'2"), but since you are taller than I, you might have better luck. I have one pair of Mavi jeans (in petite) and tried on a couple pairs of their shorts and found them all to be more accommodating than the other brands I tried. I planned to purchase a pair this year but because I'm not at home, I need to choose carefully. The forwarding costs will cancel the NAS savings if I choose multiple pairs to consider. I haven't notice any denim "stars" this year but hopefully they will emerge before the end of the sale. Edited to Add, I did try the wit and wisdom itty bitty boot cut denim and didn't like them.&nbsp; I felt like instead of elongating my leg, I looked like stumps.&nbsp; But that could just be me asking too much of my jeans. :-)</p>
