I find it a little long for dresses and skirts. I have no issue with the shoulder fit. A size down may have been better - but no train smash.

I agree with the others that the shoulders seem a touch large (just a touch, though! You might be able to get away with it).

Keep in mind I'm a bit picky in this regard, but I do not think it's cropped enough to wear with dresses & skirts, though; I prefer jackets on dresses to hit at the waist proper.

It looks big in the shoulders to me, and I'm told that is the place you really need a jacket to fit because that is where alterations are most difficult and expensive.

The fit looks good to me, but it does look like you have just a little extra room across the shoulder, which may mean you have some room across the back too. Depending on how much you think you may want to layer this jacket, that might not be a bad thing. It would be easier to tell from a photo of the back. How is it buttoned? Or do you plan on never wearing it buttoned?

IMO it doesn't fit well enough in the arms shoulders & alteration may make it too expensive.

Try it over skirts and dresses too - just to be sure. It may be a little long. But I like the fit so far!

I have never owned a denim jacket so when I saw this one go on sale I pounced. It came today and while it fits, I'm not sure about the size of the arm holes. The largeness is quite apparent when I pull my shoulder back in #3. Maybe if I could get it slimmed...

Also, would this length be ok to wear with dresses and skirts? Acceptable? Return?

Thanks!

Update - new photos added
