The only brand that I think specifically targets apples is NYDJ - the rises are 10-11" which I found to be a little too high for me but they really do suck it all in. However, I think it kind of flattens your butt out too. Other than NYDJ, as Maya said, you just need to find specific styles in certain brands. Joe's Muse has a 9.5 inch, J brand has a high rise jean that I recently tried on that works well. Ralph Lauren jeans generally have higher rises. It's just a matter of finding styles within each brand that have a high enough rise. I have 2 pairs of Rich and Skinny jeans which I like because of the high rise.
