There also seem to be different types of 'weaves' of hose - I've had some thicker pairs catch or run when thinner pairs have not.

Thanks, Lyn. Does anyone else have insight? I'm wondering if there is like a standard weight?

I know that the higher the #, the thicker and stronger the hose.
15 sounds very sheer to me- I think my nude hose are a 30.

Angie suggested on another post of mine that I might try a nude hose, so I picked one up at the mall. It is Calvin Klein, and the buff color works quite well for me. However, I have multiple little snags by the end of the work day.

Is this a denier issue? It's not all that noticeable due to the nude nature of the hose, but I don't like it nonetheless. The denier is 15. What is the best denier to avoid this issue?

Thanks.
