The denim is super soft and the rise is a little higher which makes it super comfortable. That’s why it’s flying off the shelves. It seems to work for many body types too. It works on someone like me, it works for a tall curvy hourglass AND a short pretty pear. Denim for apple body type is challenging for me as well. I have tried on JAG at Nordstrom and DKNY and Calvin Klein at Macys with some success (in the end I realized I had perfect pair of Levis at home that just needed new hem). Can't remember if those were straight legs. I typically like a slight boot cut (not a flare) to balance my top half. </p> <p>I think a 10" rise is the best for me - not too high or low. Does anyone have any recomendations for an apple figure. I'm willingly tho invest because I will wear them and definitely get my money out of them. Ive tried on Gap jeans BR, AT and Lucky's. Nothing worked.</p> <p>I'm also still looking for a dress. I'm going to make a concentrated effort to get this done. Time is running out.</p> <p>As far as my mini list goes. I've bought nothing. I did pick up some pearls from Macy's at 30% off and then a 15% off coupon. </p>
