It just seems like the "big designer" things are typically damaged or returns. I have bought Burberry and Sigerson Morrison and Jcrew shoes there for great prices and no damage (the bottoms were scuffed) and a Michael Kors sweater cashmere sweater for $15.<br /> The SF store get s more high end goods than the Berkeley store.<br /> If you are in Elmwood (College Ave)in Berkeley, it's fun to look in but I wouldn't make a destination trip. Jeremy's has an excellent reputation, but as far as i can tell they sell overstock (which didn't sell for a reason) and clothing which got destroyed on the catwalk/photoshoot (bright red lipstick all down the front of a peach chiffon blouse they're asking $95 for, that sorta thing). </p> <p>And the prices are very high, too.</p> <p>If you just can't live without designer duds and your daily routine takes you by the store it may be worthwhile, but otherwise i say give it a pass. (I frequent a neighborhood with a Jeremy's in Berkeley and often end up in the store while waiting for my husband to get thru shopping. I've never been there but apparently they sell samples, returned/damaged goods, overruns, etc. It's not a thrift store.
