I would use Liz's suggestion but turn the pants inside out. And/or if you have a steamer try that.

Here's the fabric listing from the BR website:

56% Viscose, 39% Cotton, 5% Spandex.

Dry clean only.

Imported.

It also says this:
The polished Sloan fit sits lower on the waist with a sleek, cropped
leg. Our "power stretch" fabric gives this pant amazing stretch and
recovery.

They may be overstating the recovery part a bit.

My tip for de-baggifying pants when I'm not going to wash them is to lightly mist them with water (I have a spray bottle filled with plain water), shake them out, and then hang them up by the hems to hang straight again.
However, these aren't dry clean only pants; I don't know how a light mist of plain water would affect the fabric of your pants.

I have some new Sloan Fit pants from Banana Republic that get fairly stretched out by the end of the day. They are dry clean. When I lost weight, I washed and dried a few of my old pairs and they shrunk nicely -- but I'm looking for tips on how to restore the new pants to their original shape without having to take them to the dry cleaners every time I wear them -- they aren't dirty, just a little bit out of shape.

They fit nicely now (during the first wear, anyway) and I don't want to risk shrinking them.

Any tips?
