I'd be careful with buying online if you're going to get dinged with heavy shipping/returns.
Like Lisa mentioned, sizing can vary based on the cut and I also have found that different associates at Danier give conflicting advice. I'm a US size 6, about a 34C (34D in Calvin Klein) and I bought this jacket in my finds last fall in a Small. The first time I tried it on the associates insisted I needed an XS but it was super tight and nothing was going to fit under it. They said the small was too big. So I left it behind to think. Went to a different Danier a couple weeks later, tried on the Small again and this time was told it was perfect. I can get a light sweater under it and I get compliments every time I wear it so I feel confident about the fit.
I have an older Danier jacket that is an XXS.....so, there you go!

I thank all of you. I need to find a place to try on these jackets, obviously - too risky to order and need to send back at the shipping fees. Love the look of them, that's for sure.

By the way -I was told that the US phone order inventory is different from what you can see online. For example, the jacket I mentioned does not show being available in blush, but it is available.

Danier runs 2 sizes big. I'm in an XXXS and almost always take an XS.

I'm a small-busted size 2 in US sizing--usually XS, sometimes S in blazers that run small in the shoulders--and I bought an XXXS leather jacket from Danier. Mine doesn't have a front closure but I tried on other styles at the store in that size and they fit consistently. I didn't notice any issues with upper arm fit, although the armscye is definitely on the tighter side in my jacket (like a typical blazer fit, rather than a typical jacket fit).

Another data point: my friend is a 32D size 4, IT shape with broad shoulders, and she took a size XS in a classic moto jacket. So XS sounds like about the right size for you, but I'd still be wary buying it without ability to return(?) because jacket fit is hard to predict.

A word of warning, it's not just the size, it's the fit/cut that Danier is not consistent with. I find the sleeves tight on the upper arm and that's always been the case regardless of what size I am. (and I have fairly thin arms) Any style that you need to wear zipped up is often snug at the hip and huge at the shoulder and chest. I discussed this the other day (I was replacing my black moto) with a long-term SA there who I share a hairstylist with - so we talk She confirms that fit is always a little off on Danier jackets, so be careful.

I am an XS-S in most brands (more leaning towards XS), but in Danier, I'm an XXS.

I would suggest getting measurements, if you can. I find that Danier jackets run a bit big... for example, I am a M-L in tops, usually a L in anything fitted, and all my Danier jackets are medium. My latest one is a SMALL!! It seems they have taken this into account with the XS vs S/4-6 though.

If you can't get them on the phone, let me know and I'll see if they have any in stock at the store near me... I drive by it constantly, so it's not a big deal to run in and get some for you.

OK, Suz's blush moto just gets me every time I see it. Sveta's Danier items are similarly show-stopping for me with every photo.

I just had a nice chat with Danier and this jacket is available in my size (they tell me it is XS, based on me being a S/4-6 in the US - agree?) in blush and ivory. Does anyone have the Tavia jacket? Nice sale price, $199, but the shipping costs are substantial, so want to make a good decision here.

http://www.danier.com/tavia-la.....7_cl_11806

Look forward to feedback!
