I have them in a purple-y navy leather, and they go equally well with jeans, a bikini and coverup, or a long boho skirt for a nicer summer dinner out, as well as being comfortable enough for a daytrip to the zoo, for instance. I don't love the patent leathers currently on offer at Zappos, but the Silver Rain color is fun, if a bit out-there. I love the styling on the Tahoes because they're like normal sandals, but with an almost-primitive-looking (but still sleek and stylish) twist. </p> <p>I know I'm not Antje, but I had to chime in. These sandals are super comfy and they look cute, too (I liked the "metal leather" color best). I think they'd fit the bill for mom-on-the-go, traveling, city walking and similar scenarios, and they look good with both jeans/clams and skirts/dresses. They aren't cheap, but they are cheaper than some other higher end comfort shoe brands. I haven't committed yet, but put them on my "sandals to consider" list (I'm shopping for a comfy pair that'll take me on neighborhood walks and that I can pack for a week in Paris later this summer). </p>
