I love the skorts!

As for the maxi, I'm not really a big fan of the genre altogether. Have you thought about choosing a sheer fabric, with the lining coming to above the knees?

I'm not really in to culottes/skorts myself, but that said my sister has some that look just like a short skirt and are really cute. I think if they look like a skirt - which is hard to tell from your picture but it seems that yours does - culottes can easily work.

I like your maxi, especially the curved hem. I have a couple of similar ones that I wear in the summer. I can't exactly figure out why they are so cool and easy, but they are. I get multiple compliments when I wear them for what that is worth.

So batting for Team Pants, I struggle in the warmer weather for bottom options. I have the baggy tapered pants and stock standard shorts covered but considering some other options that I need some opinions on.

1. Culottes/Skorts. I am not 100% sure about the width of these but I like the fact that it looks like a skirt but has the comfort factor of a short.

2. Curved Hem Maxi. I know alot of people have a poison eye for maxi's but I am trying to add some structure into the maxi by adding some splits at the side plus a curved hem to show some skin and my footwear underneath. I would be inclined to make a version that is a touch shorter than the picture. Here is the link for some more detail http://www.witchery.com.au/sho.....irt-605163

I would be making these myself by the way. So any feedback is appreciated, and would love to hear if anyone has worn any similar items.
