I would wear them with heels, probably not with flats. A pointy toe heel could be fab. That will help you elongate the leg line. Also, I would not go too big, size wise, at the hip. A fitted pair or straight leg cuffed pants should work for you, I think. Ah, and be careful of PPL. Why do you think that they work well with your body type? You are an IT, right? I could see how the wide-leg cuff could balance out the top of your body if you were taller, but . . .
