I had another baby girl, and she's a super easy-going baby. She'll be a month old this week, and we're just starting to fall into a routine. My first daughter is starting to adjust; it's not been an easy change for her, but we're surviving.</p> <p>Angie, unfortunately, I am the opposite of a super-stylish MOTG, which I'm hoping to remedy. Witness what I'm wearing right now to drop dd1 off at school - yoga pants and a fleece sweatshirt. Ugg. In my defense, I won't even get out of the car until I come home, shower, and put on some real clothes. Still, my wardrobe is not good right now, and I feel the opposite of fab. My body is a weird shape, and I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight but my body is not shaped the same way, so the few casual clothes I have don't quite fit right. I guess I am a little uncomfortable with people (not you particularly) talking about people "behind their back" when the PM method exists that means we could ask them directly.</p> <p>Also on a practical level, most people's emails stay in their intray til they get to them, and they can hang around there until they feel like answering them. A forum thread, by contrast, is usually only seen for a short period unless you go through the backfiles. So someone who is perhaps not looking at it very often would have a very good chance of missing it.</p> <p>BTW do you remember the recent "Where is Shiny? thread? Well she did eventually respond to that - but only because I wrote to her and let her know of it's existance! </p> <p>Hope you don't mind my putting my 2 cents in here. I have had these thoughts for a while.
