If so it would be great to buy a color. Many colours are neutrals anyway I think. Especially as an accessory &amp; you will probably pack a coordinated wardrobe so you could pick a colour to go with it. The tan is safe as you mention but perhaps a fun colour would be great for you trip. I dont know what would work best with your wardrobe but can attest to crossbody bags being great for travel.
