Approprio-judging now by the title I could understand your apprehension. lol And, I am a major klutz I trip over my own feet but I'm going to wear this in a casual way so keeping fingers crossed. Mostly to Music fest thank you for your response.

I was a bit scared of what I was going to see from the title, but this really works. The whole ensemble is a no-brainer for summer festivals, and separating out the pieces for dressing up at weekends would be fun.

But I know if it was me I'd be catching it on drawers, door knobs, bicycle parts, just about anything. I hope you're less clumsy than I am!

What a fun look....I am guessing you could wear anything under...such as a different dress, or a tee and leggings?

It is very unique and different and it looks like you will enjoy wearing it!

First t off I just want to say thank you to everyone for taking the time to respond because you did not have to.

Shevia- I think I'm calling them by the wrong name. They are more like Firecracker said arm decorations because they are very thin and light weight. Nothing (warmer) about them. :)) they are two separate pieces that can be worn with other items long sleeves ort tank tops one at a time or both. I really like the endless possibilities.

Aldefa-Thank you, I do to

Firecracker-Are the crochet dress and liner connected, or could you wear the crochet over different dresses? The dress liner is separate the creator wore leggings and a tank top also another young lady had shorts and and long sleeves.
I was thinking maybe over long-sleeved layer, you could wear it with boots for the fall. I want to his this a try. Thank you for the suggestion.
You are spot on- I don't imagine them to be warm at all, but instead, they're like arm decoration.

Maybe it's all the recent fashion-era posts and Angie's posts about the return of 70s styles, but this outfit really reminds me of the 70s. Not that I recall crocheted arm warmers, but I do believe there were crocheted dresses, as well as the vests that were so popular. I say it's a keep.
Are the crochet dress and liner connected, or could you wear the crochet over different dresses? I was thinking maybe over long-sleeved layer, you could wear it with boots for the fall.
The arm warmers are so cheeky--I don't imagine them to be warm at all, but instead, they're like arm decoration.

Interesting dress - I like how you've layered it here and your color scheme. Great shoes as well. I'm not sure about the arm warmers but I'll admit they're really outside my comfort zone.

Oh Rachylou, I can always count on you thank you. I just read the post on the dress eating desk to,true and funny and sad. Someone should invent a product to,prevent tears. Note to self test trials on non ripping knitted materials.

Yeah, you know I'm gonna love it. And I do! I do wish the warmers were a little more ruffly at the wrists, but you know, *whatever*! :D

Only one thing, you know a dress eating desk or kitchen drawer cabinet is gonna get ya, right?
