For me, I kind of figure out how much I like the items&nbsp;by trying them on for a bit every day for a few days and paying attention to my emotional reaction--am I still liking the items, or is my love for them cooling off?</p> <p>I would also&nbsp;think about the upcoming months--do you like the things you just bought now enough that you are&nbsp;willing to abstain for the rest of the year?
