The skirt flares a little more at the bottom, and the combination of the dark jacket and lighter top de-emphasizes your shoulders, giving you a longer, slimmer line from top to bottom. It looks like the skirt in #2 also flares out at the knee, but the effect is lost a little bit because the white/accent color is up top in a long sleeve that brings the eye to your arms. I think pencil skirts are your friend, and I'd keep an eye on the length and not let it get too long. Also, the top in #2 is not doing you favors; the line of the waist looks about where the top ends, making your bottom half look very short. The waistline in #3 is higher, and it being all one color it is making you look much taller.
