I got the job &amp; through it landed&nbsp;my perfect job, casting assistant in a public tv station, making some really interesting programmes. <br /><br />They asked me the same question about why I wasn't looking for more senior positions &amp; my answer was that I felt it was important to understand the organisation from the ground up &amp; felt that was best done in administration&nbsp;&amp; that I wanted to work for a company that promoted from the&nbsp;inside.
