We are having unseasonably hot temperatures (30+c today) plus wildfire smoke, but I still need to get dressed every day.</p> <p>Here's what I wore last week: inspired by a photo of Naomi Watts as Jackie O in an upcoming biopic about Caroline Bessette Kennedy.</p> <p>I somehow can't wear red and beige together -- too bright for me. So I substituted my black linen-rayon cargo pants (Simons). (I had to wear linen pants all week to cover the horsefly bites I got while berry-picking, sigh.)</p> <p>I subbed in a sleeveless red shirt for her sleeved one, but noticed later that they share a concealed placket!</p> <p>Woven leather flats, like the inspiration pic. Big goggly sunglasses of course.</p> <p>I think my way of tying the headscarf is more typical of Jackie in real life. It was a fun change from braid vs ponytail decisions. It needed readjusting with mask and stethoscope interfering, so I probably won't repeat it on a work day, but I had fun nonetheless. </p>
