They're popular at agility and other dog sporting events. Never seen a human version, but I have seen people using those cooling gel neck-wraps and bandanas. They will stay damp and cool you for hours. If it dries out, it can quickly and easily be deactivated with more water. If outside hiking, you can spritz it with insect repellent. At times I really get overheated while exercising and my trainer is looking to get a few for the club, but I think I may want to get my own that will fit me and possibly one for DH when he works outside.</p> <p>There is no a whole&nbsp; lot of info out there, but from what I gather it seems that the gel ones are the best and that they should be snug and worn over clothing.
